It's Thor taking on two of the Serpent's Worthies, Nul: Breaker of Worlds, previously known as the Incredible Hulk; and Angrir: Breaker of Souls, previously known as the Thing in the fifth issue of Marvel's crossover event, Fear Itself.
As all showdowns go, one must almost always go down. In this case, it was Angrir who had Thor's magical hammer, which aesthetically speaking pales in comparison to other Asgardian hammers we've seen at this point, shoot through the monstrosity's chest, and who was left to die, leaking eerie magical energy as Thor battled on against the hammer-wielding Hulk. The battle between hammers ended with Nul being flung into space, though we all know it takes more than the absence of air to incapacitate the most formidable beings in the Universe.
Back on Earth, while the notion of a Fantastic Two loomed over the horizon, with the Thing perched precariously between life and death, the Richards siblings intervened, with Franklin Richards' reality-warping abilities restoring the Thing back to the Thing's somewhat normal self, and I can't help wondering whether it's Angrir or the Thing talking to them while bearing a smoking hole in the chest.
While Tony Stark requested an audience from the All-Father Odin and negotiated to work in an Asgardian workshop with the intent of producing weapons that might stand a chance bearing the brunt of magical hammers everywhere, Captain America and company came to the revelation that perhaps this is a war they may actually lose, after having their asses handed to them by the Serpent and Skadi. Maybe the whole world will be razed to the ground, or emptiness of space, as Odin intended so as to weaken the Serpent himself.
